We will refund you within 7 days after processing your return, using the same payment method you used to place your original order. Some banks might need the full 7 days, but in most cases you’ll have your refund sooner.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to receive a refund when prices have changed during a sale period. If the item is still in stock online, you can return your item using the return label found inside the box you received. If prices have changed for any other reason, please contact our customer service team.

Unfortunately that's not possible. But you can return your original order then place a new order for your preferred size or colour.

We can send you a PostNL label for the return and we charge 6,95 for the Netherlands and Belgium. For other countries please contact our customer service.
Once we have processed your return, you will receive a return notification. Please keep in mind it can take a couple of days before your parcel reaches our Warehouse and can be processed.
Yes, your delivery address can be different from your billing address. Please go to the check out and select 'different address' to enter a different delivery address.

The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany enjoy free delivery. For the other countries shipping is € 9,95.
We provide worldwide shipping with our partners, PostNL (The Netherlands), DHL or DPD. Shipping to the Netherlands takes two to three working days. Shipping to Belgium and Germany takes one to five working days. Shipping to the rest of the countries takes two to five working days. Delivery can take longer during the sale period or holiday season. You will receive a tracking code as soon as your order has been shipped.
